In the afternoon, Wednesday 03, there was a dragonfly coming into my garden. It was quite big.

I used to hear from Khmer old people saying that if there are dragonflies, it will rain. Hence, after seeing that dragonfly, I thought it would rain – during these few days. Faster than I thought. In the evening, there was rain and it was heavy. Some parts of Phnom Penh were covered by water. My balcony garden was flooded as well.

Based on this, I noted down that seeing a big dragonfly in my garden is an indication that it’s going to rain – soon.
