Frying egg with soy sauce

It’s how I cook fried eggs for my family.

I don’t use salt or sugar, I use soy sauce which is a local product and it’s from a Cambodian family business.

Khmer soy sauce has both salty and sweetness, so I don’t need to add anything. Just put eggs in a bowl, add soy sauce and mix them; after that, heat the pan, add oil, and put the mixed egg.
