Fried sea’s clams

Because it is home food, we cook it in an easy way.

Just put frying oil, minced garlic, then put the clams, salt and sugar. When they open their mouths, it means they are cooked. We put garlic leaves before we take them off the pan to put them on a plate.

The thing I don’t like when I eat this dish is there are a lot of shells but the meat is little.
