This kind of juice can be found in Cambodia, especially in Phnom Penh, but I don’t think it can be found in supermarkets. Mostly, this juice is sold along the street or in a food store – not a big restaurant.
It is not just a drink; it is a kind of traditional Cambodian medicine.
What I know is that Asiatic pennywort juice is made of Asiatic pennywort’s leaves and coconut juice. This juice is used to treat fever.
I don’t know how to make it; my late grandmother did.
Nowadays, young Cambodians don’t know about this juice, and they don’t like it either, but I, as a half-old-and-young generation, know it very well, and I like it.
Though it is medicine, it can cure only a small fever. If you get a high fever, you have to go to see the doctor.
