
My money is running out of my pocket. I cannot go out to eat as often as before. What I can publish now is what I cook at home.
Today I want to talk about fried pork ribs that I cooked for my family.
The ingredients I used are:
- Pork ribs
- Salt
- MSG
- Soy sauce
Before, my mother used salt, MSG, and sugar. Then I changed to salt, MSG, sugar, and soy sauce. Nowadays, because my family wants to reduce sugar, I edit it to salt, MSG, and soy sauce.
I know that MSG should not be included, but it is the way we cook; I don’t have a choice to eliminate it.
To cook it, I just mixed them together in a bowl and kept it for fifteen minutes to half an hour – before I fried it.
At my house, I use an electric cooker. I usually put it at 800 degrees to make it cook and to prevent it from burning. The color my family prefers is golden brown. It’s not easy to produce such a color. When I cook it, I always stay somewhere closer to the cooker, or I will get dark brown-colored pork ribs.
I cannot say my pork ribs are delicious, but my family loves them.
