I don’t know how to say it in English.
This one is made by fish and some ingredients that I don’t know. Usually, it is served together with vegetables, but I don’t like eating the vegetables; hence, I don’t take photos of it.
Fried Fish

The name of this fish is Goldfin tinfoil barb; I found it on the Internet; I don’t know whether it is right or wrong.
This kind of fish is not easy to eat, for it has many bones. The best way to eat it is to fry it.
Fried Dried Beef

Salty, leathery, hard… but I appreciate when I can have it as my meal. Because my tongue is bored, and I want a new taste.
Cockle

Actually, it should be fried cockles with tamarind, but the cook gave a closed cockle, and in order to open the shell, I have to put them in hot water. Then the tamarind sauce is removed. At last, it becomes steamed cockles.
Well, quite good taste.
Durian

It is not good to eat a lot. It gives me weight, and sometimes it makes my heart run unevenly. But I don’t care. I ate it. I finish half of the box alone. At night, I don’t feel well, and my inside body feels like it’s on fire.
Still, I enjoy the sweet taste of Khmer durian.
