This kind of dessert is considered home medicine to cool the inner body. It can be used to replace paracetamol in some small cases.
Mostly, it is served with sugar juice, but it can be served with sugar too. And I like to eat green grass jelly with sugar more than sugar juice.
It’s not easy to find this dessert in Cambodia nowadays. It can be found at some dessert stores but on the street, not in restaurants or stores in the mall.
